We are proud to offer a lifetime service warranty on the labor for all Vertical/ZLR door installations performed by our certified technicians. This warranty is a testament to the quality of our workmanship and our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.
Lifetime Service and Adjustment Warranty
Our lifetime service warranty specifically covers any labor required for height adjustments to ensure the optimal opening, closing, raising, and lowering of your Vertical/ZLR doors. This is to maintain the precise operation of the door mechanism as per the manufacturer's specifications. This complimentary adjustment service is available whenever our installation team operates in or passes through your geographical area. Exclusions from Service Warranty
It is important for our customers to understand the limitations of our lifetime service warranty. This warranty is strictly for the labor associated with height adjustments. The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Parts and Components: This warranty does not cover any physical parts, including but not limited to the door hinges, shocks, struts, or any other component of the Vertical/ZLR door kit. These parts are subject to the manufacturer's own warranty, and claims for defective parts should be directed accordingly.

Third-Party Labor and Subsequent Damage: After our technician has completed the installation and the doors are confirmed to be operating according to the manufacturer's specifications, we cannot be held liable for issues that may arise from subsequent use or intervention. This exclusion applies to, but is not limited to:
- Damage to the vehicle's wire harnesses.
- Chips, scratches, or other damage to the paint.
- Damage to the interior door panels, dashboard, or any other part of the vehicle's interior.
- Any labor performed by a third-party mechanic or individual.
The reason for this exclusion is that we have no control over how the doors are operated or if they are tampered with after our technician has left the installation site.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Order Cancellations
- Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled subject to a 5% cancellation fee
- This fee covers merchant processing charges and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including shipping delays
Returns
- Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt
- A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained by calling our customer service team before initiating any return
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Important Notes
- All fees and charges outlined in this policy are non-negotiable
- Returns received without an RA Number may be refused
- Return Authorization Numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of return packages
