We provide a lifetime service and adjustment warranty on installations (labor only, excluding parts). This warranty service is available when our team is operating in your area or passing through. Please contact us to schedule warranty service appointments.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Order Cancellations

• Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled subject to a 5% cancellation fee
• This fee covers merchant processing charges and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including shipping delays

Returns

• Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt
• A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained by calling our customer service team before initiating any return
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Important Notes

• All fees and charges outlined in this policy are non-negotiable
• Returns received without an RA Number may be refused
• Return Authorization Numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of return packages
