Every piece uses factory holes and screws, so the car does not need to be cut, drilled or permanently modified.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eWhat Each Diverter Does\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eSide Diverters:\u003c\/strong\u003e Water and debris enter through the three vents on each side of the rear glass. The side diverters sit below those vents, capture the material like a gutter and drain it into the gap between the rear struts and the surrounding black trim. This helps keep dust and debris off the engine, transmission and electrical components while driving—or even while the car is sitting in the garage.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eRear Diverter:\u003c\/strong\u003e Runoff traveling down the rear glass would otherwise land on the engine, transmission and transmission controls. The rear piece catches that flow and directs it toward the gaps inward of the catalytic converters.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eFront Diverter:\u003c\/strong\u003e A surprising amount of water enters near the rear-view camera and can drain directly onto the Corvette-logo engine cover and accessory-belt area. The front diverter catches that water and feeds it toward the side-diverter route.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eAll Diverters with Lights:\u003c\/strong\u003e Combines front, side and rear protection with bright red engine-bay LEDs on the front diverter.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003ch2\u003eLighted Front Diverter\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eOn applicable 2020–2025 cars, the red LED lights connect to the rear-glass defrost circuit so they can be activated from the engine compartment. A dedicated switch lets the lights and rear defrost operate independently: the lights can be on with the defrost off, or the defrost can operate without the lights.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFor 2026 and later Coupes, the rear-glass defrost connection was eliminated. Speedway Composites therefore offers a front diverter without lights for those applications.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eCooling and Fitment\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe diverters are offset from the factory vent openings and are engineered to leave more venting area than the original openings provide.
