During the first year after installation as the shocks continue to break in you will have to make slight adjustments to the kit. I provide the tools necessary to make that slight adjustment as well as video & pictures right here on the website to guide you through the process. Call if you have any questions, comments or concerns while making this adjustment.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled with a 5% cancellation fee. The 5% fee is used to cover the fees incurred from our merchant when processing your payment. These fees are non-refundable. We cannot waive this fee for any reason, including delays in shipping. Orders can be returned within 7 days of the date they were received. Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable. We also do not cover return shipping. You must call and obtain a RA Number
SHIPPING INFO
We bring the kit to you on the day of installation. The kit will have already gone through Vertical Door Inc. quality control checks as well as our own. Note: in most cases we will drop ship a kit to you, so you can have ready for installation.
